This course of study entitled "Highway to Interdiction Recognition" is divided into six components. Professionalism, and Ethics, Criminal Interdiction 101, K-9 Program overview, Verbal/Non-verbal communication (roadside interview), Vehicle hidden compartments and Commercial Motor Vehicle interdiction. Each component will give attention to the steps taken for a successful criminal interdiction program.
