The purpose of this block of instruction is to ducate the Peace Officer on safe procedures for manually breaching doors.
Manual breaching is the defeating of a door by using tools powered by the human.
Participants will recognize and be able to use different types of manual and exigent breaching tools.

Explain and demonstrate the use of a ram breaching tool
Explain and demonstrate the use of a pry breaching tool
Explain and demonstrate the use of a sledge hammer breaching tool
Explain and demonstrate the use of exigent breaching tools
