FBI NAA Officer Resiliency #3772 – (Feb 17-18, 2027)
The purpose of the FBINAA Leadership Certification Program is to continue to develop the highest degree of law enforcement leaders across the country. This certification is a series of courses, open to all law enforcement professionals and encompasses the latest strategies, techniques, and real-world leadership scenarios to prepare each participant to better lead their respective unit, shift, or agency into the unpredictable future of law enforcement.
Course Three: Selecting one of the Leadership Forums (2 days)
Mass Casualty Response, Officer Resiliency, Safety, and Wellness, Leadership Tactics and Strategies for Tumultuous Times, or School Shooting Prevention.
Course Objectives:
■ How to develop Trauma-Informed Leadership and the Future of Officer Wellness
■ The impacts of adopting Below 100
■ Become aware of Law Enforcement Stress & how to create WorkFamily Conflict Initiatives to Increase Wellness and Resiliency
■ The adaptation of Blue Courage in Health & Wellness Gain knowledge and develop the skills for Rebuilding the Tactical Athlete to Enhance Officer Longevity
■ Law Enforcement is very hard on your heart, attendees will learn the steps to Bullet-Proofing your Heart and lead your agency in heart health
■ Reverently communicating with the public, press and family members after an Officer Suicide
