This Advanced Supervision Course is designed to provide the first-line supervisor with best practices to manage daily supervision of Sheriff’s Office employees, with the goal of preparing supervisors to manage problems and resolve employee conflict, attendance, performance, and policy compliance. The course provides tools and approaches necessary to coach, guide and counsel employees, to address attendance concerns, reduce risk and liability, and ensure continuous professional development of themselves.
