The learning objectives are the minimum required content of the Interacting with Drivers who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Training. This course is a required course to be completed no later than the second anniversary of the date the officer is licensed or the date an officer applies for an intermediate proficiency certificate, whichever date is earlier.
