Individuals assigned to their first supervisory role. Per HB 3211, “….a peace officer who is appointed or will be appointed to the officer’s first supervisory position must receive in-service training on supervision…no earlier than the 12th month before the date of that appointment or later than the first anniversary of the date of that appointment.”
